Ash will discuss what addiction is like today and ways to cope, fight, and stay clean. We will also discuss what signs to look for, how to support, and the toll addiction takes on loved ones and friends that know someone in addiction. I am not a doctor or therapist. I have been through addiction and almost lost my life from it. I have found incredible happiness in sobriety and want to help others achieve the same.<br><br></p>
