[…] They're all connected. Number one, I have to get sleep. If I do not get proper amounts of sleep, I go down. And early in my life, career, et cetera, I would try and resist that. Like, oh, I don't need sleep. No, I need sleep. So I generally sleep at night. I will nap if it fits, but it doesn't always fit the day. So in the afternoon, generally instead of power napping or meditating, I used to meditate in the afternoon, give me a little zhuzh, a little power.
