Before We Were Realtors
<p>Before <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ruthyanntaylor/" target="_blank">Ruthy Taylor</a> and <a href="https://www.instagram.com/modernsoundliving/" target="_blank">Jessica Sieracki</a> were Realtors, we were dabbling in content marketing just as the Instagram platform was being launched in 2012. We are talking iPhone 5 social media folks, when bloggers were everywhere. After meeting IRL in Portland at a blogger meet-up we've stayed connected unexpectedly through real estate. Fast forward to 2023 – Ruthy and her husband now own the boutique brokerage, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/mosaicrealestatewa/" target="_blank">Mosaic Real Estate</a> in Tacoma and I'm stepping into leadership as the Business Development Manager for <a href="https://windermerechambersbay.com/" target="_blank">Windermere Chambers Bay</a>. A whole lot of life and growth happened in 10 years. In this episode we share our paths, goals, experiences and struggles of this real estate life. </p>

We met on the internet first and became fast friends during the process of them purchasing their first home in the Hilltop Neighborhood. Meagan & Josh Bounce Around Tacoma
<p>Meagan & Josh have survived being underwater on a condo, to being on top in the middle of a wild market and settling into their dream home. There were some bumps along the way, but they've been pretty lucky in bouncing between three homes in the <a href="https://www.windermerepc.com/neighborhoods/central-tacoma">Central Tacoma</a> area.
