<p>Càng trẻ chúng ta càng chạy nhanh, hễ ai vượt qua xíu là chúng ta lại tăng tốc. Chạy tập trung đến nỗi nhận ra là rất lâu rồi không ngắm mặt trời lặn. Ở tập này, mình chỉ mong nhắc bạn đi chậm lại chút và trân trọng hiện tại, những người bên cạnh. Ghét họ thì rồi cũng hết gặp họ. Thích họ cũng sẽ không gặp họ mãi. Hãy vui vẻ sống, vì thật tốt khi chúng ta được sống! </p>
