Roles, definitions, expectations, labels are all changing and many feel they don’t have an outlet – other than the expected and acceptable ones – that truly give them a chance to discover and express their true authenticity.</strong></p><p><strong>“Moments with MEN” are designed to offer a conversation, between a man and a woman, about how we’re experiencing this time, how we’ve all been limited by societal expectations and narratives, what we’d like to be allowed to change in our relationships going forward, and more!</strong></p>

Moments with JESSE
From a self-described "not nice atheist" to having a sudden and all-encompassing spiritual awakening into "The Sea of All Self" at an early age, Jesse's journey through adulthood has been both tragic and joyful! His rapid ascension and transformation brought with it a certain level of persecution and even "treatments" for simply sharing the light and joy he had experienced in "Samadhi." From my first meeting with Jesse years ago, I sensed a palpable peace and equanimity in his presence. In this episode, Jesse shares his unique path to becoming the man he is today. Although some of the terms and concepts he mentions may be unfamiliar, his story is one of a mystical and open hearted man who exemplifies how to, "be strong and be yourself, to know your boundaries, to just believe in yourself and do it!" Moments with SEAN
"Curiosity is the antidote for shame." At a point, something's got to give. Reaching that point for SEAN made him curious about the trauma and conditioning that trained him to be something he's not. Seeking answers and ways of sifting through years of accumulated experiences and emotions, he worked with "non-mainstream" teachers and modalities that supported a break-through of consciousness and ways to gain agency over the troubling patterns of his life. He shares with us the importance of taking risks and developing the courage to trust himself to become the noble father, husband, son and brother he is today. In his work as a trauma-attuned practitioner of somatic awareness & process he brings a full-spectrum approach of body, mind and spirit to helping other men make the journey home to Self.
