[…] And that's when I realized sport is the tiniest blip in how the world functions. And if you stay in sport, you have to, be able to have kind of like an array of different – sorry. Oh, you little thing. We'll keep that in. We have Cohen in the room. Yeah, he's having a little cry. He's being a little angel. But, yeah, it's kind of like you have to be able to evolve and develop, get more skills in your tool belt to maintain a career in sport. So what I've learned is administration is a big one. It needs to be more female coaches, females in administration. It's probably not the like most glamorous part of it because a lot of it is like the hard and dirty work. […]
