I'm Kay-Kay Smith, your Rise & Thrive Guide. I'm a mom who once had to rebuild my life after trauma. In 2009, everything came crashing down. When they dust settled, I had my faith in God and my will to get back up again. This is why I created this platform, from my lived experiences from childhood trauma, lived traumatic experiences, helping women get back up again, and working with vulnerable communities through hands on work, I find deep joy in helping women, and especially moms, get back up again after life knocks them down. I'm Kay-Kay Smith, your Rise & Thrive Guide. I'm a mom who once had to rebuild my life after trauma. In 2009, everything came crashing down. When they dust settled, I had my faith in God and my will to get back up again. This is why I created this platform, from my lived experiences from childhood trauma, lived traumatic experiences, helping women get back up again, and working with vulnerable communities through hands on work, I find deep joy in helping women, and especially moms, get back up again after life knocks them down. Around here, I believe healing is possible, faith is powerful, and rebuilding is brave.
