<p>Présentation de la chaire</p><p></p><p>La chaire annuelle Mondes francophones a été créée en partenariat avec l'Agence universitaire de la Francophonie.</p><p></p><p>Chaire Mondes francophones 2022-2023</p><p></p><p>Femmes vietnamiennes : Pouvoirs, cultures et identités plurielles</p><p></p><p>Témoin de l'histoire contemporaine du Việt Nam et historienne, je vous propose de revisiter l'histoire vietnamienne à partir d'un nouvel angle, celui de l'histoire des femmes.</p><p></p><p>Les Vietnamiennes ont toujours occupé une place importante aussi bien dans les mythes et légendes, le folklore, la littérature écrite et orale, la création artistique, les pratiques religieuses et cultuelles, que dans la production et les échanges économiques, dans la vie familiale et sociale. Bien qu'elles soient insuffisamment présentes dans l'historiographie officielle, leurs souvenirs sont préservés sous d'autres formes de l'imaginaire populaire et de la mémoire collective.</p><p></p><p>Aux contacts avec l'Occident, fortes des traditions non pas exclusivement ni essentiellement sinisées, mais aussi sud-est asiatiques et autochtones, bénéficiant d'un environnement socio-culturel pas seulement oppressif, inhibiteur et destructeur, comme on se l'imagine dans des visions unilatérales, mais aussi plus ouvert qu'auparavant, pluriel, mondial, flexible et inclusif, les Vietnamiennes, souvent accompagnées et soutenues par leurs homologues masculins, se sont affirmées comme actrices créatives et engagées dans des mouvances modernisatrices de développement économique, social et individuel.</p><p></p><p>On gagnerait à explorer leurs identités au pluriel, en privilégiant une approche de l'intérieur, d'en bas ainsi qu'à questionner les visions stéréotypées ou figées pour préférer une histoire ouverte, plurielle, connectée et en évolution permanente.</p>

When combined with a desire to make a positive impact on society, resilience can drive a person to become a social change maker. A resilient woman is someone who is able to bounce back from adversity and persevere in the face of obstacles. This can be a valuable trait for anyone, but it is especially important for women, who often face unique challenges and barriers to success. To become a social change maker, a resilient woman must first identify the issues she is passionate about and wants to address. This could include a wide range of topics, such as gender equality, racial justice, environmental sustainability, or any other cause that she feels strongly about. Over time, the resilient woman's efforts may begin to bear fruit. She may see changes in her community, or even on a larger scale. Through her work, she can inspire others to take action and create positive change as well. In conclusion, resilience can be a powerful force for good in the world. By harnessing this trait and using it to drive positive social change, a resilient woman can make a lasting impact on her community and beyond.</p><p></p><p>Huyền Tôn Nữ Cát Tường</p><p></p><p>Ms. Huyền Tôn Nữ Cát Tường is currently the Managing Director and Co-founder of VietSeeds Foundation. Established in 2011, it has been the first scholarship foundation for students operating in all 3 main regions of Vietnam which are Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city. In 2015, after over 10 years working in the business environment with multinational corporations (such as IBC Asia, Massimo Zanetti, Infonam, etc), Cat Tuong had decided to change her direction—from a simple businesswoman into an inspiring leader who wholeheartedly committed her full attention to the development and the expansion of VietSeeds. Under her leadership, VietSeeds had been gradually growing from a charity organization created by a small group of friends into a professional non-profit foundation with a team of full-time staffs operating alongside long-term volunteers, providing more than 400 scholarships every year to students across the country for them to be able to pursue their dreams—in Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh city. Throughout the journey of more than 10 years since the beginning of VietSeeds, Cát Tường has been working relentlessly to accompany the organization in order to diversify its operation scope. Moreover, with her guidance, VietSeeds had succeeded in getting important partnerships with international institutions such as HSBC, Temasek, Fulbright University, etc. Therefore, the organization's mission would become more viral, spreading out the "Empowering social change-maker generation" spirit and the positive values to communities in Vietnam.</p>

I was stunned with what he told. The war has been long past, but the pains remain. From this veteran's story and those of some others, I have decided to meet with many witnesses of the history, to write down their experiences into books by subject. In this presentation, I want to tell about my journey of these writings, the difficulties and advantages, as well as my wants.</p><p></p><p>Phan Thúy Hà</p><p></p><p>Phan Thúy Hà is born in 1979 in Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh Province. Graduated from the Literature Department, the University of Social and Human Sciences, in 2002. Editor at Women Publishing House from 2002-2012. Start book writing since 2017. Have 5 non-fiction books: Don't tell my name; After the slope is home; I am the daughter of my father; Family; Their extracts.</p>
