Full Moon in Sagittarius: Wisdom From the Wound

Coco is back and she's returning on the most fitting moon possible. This Full Moon in Sagittarius is the energy of wisdom, truth-seeking, and turning what's hard into something meaningful. And that's exactly what this episode is about. Coco shares what she's been moving through these past few months: a new job, a breakup, and a deep encounter with her Chiron transit that cracked something open in a really important way. If you've never heard of Chiron, don't worry. Coco walks you through the mythology of the Wounded Healer — the centaur who couldn't cure his own wound, and whose suffering ultimately became his greatest gift. We all have Chiron somewhere in our charts. We all carry something. What Coco finally learned in her body, not just her mind n is that the wound doesn't need to be fixed. It needs to be carried. Met with gentleness. Made room for. This episode also includes simple prompts to help you work with this Full Moon energy: sitting with big questions, finding meaning in hard things, and voicing the truths you've been holding quietly. Welcome back to the moons.

The Full Moon in Libra on April 1st is illuminating every kind of relationship in your life and gently asking: Are you giving too much? Avoiding a hard conversation to keep the peace? This moon has seen what you quietly carry alone, and she's ready to help you set it down. In this episode of Moon Memos, Coco unpacks the astrology of a Libra Full Moon the tension between Aries (self) and Libra (other), Venus's influence of beauty and charm, and Libra's deep connection to justice and fairness. She offers honest reflection questions and journaling prompts to help you get clear on what your relationships actually need right now. Then settle in for a beautiful, unhurried guided meditation, one that meets you exactly where you are and invites you to listen to your own deep wisdom about love, reciprocity, and connection. Building in the Dark: A New Moon in Capricorn Pause

This Moon Memo offers a gentle pause for the New Moon in Capricorn, on January 18th. It's a moment for beginnings that don’t need to be rushed or fully defined yet. Capricorn invites us into clarity without fantasy, asking what we’re willing to build slowly, with care and honesty. Through a short visualization, we explore commitment as something embodied and earned, not forced or performative. I also share personal reflections on Saturn, grief, and the nervous system wisdom of naming what has been too tender to speak. This episode is an invitation to trust the pace of your becoming and to honor what’s forming beneath the surface. New Moon in Scorpio: Shadows, Seeds & We Begin Again

Welcome back, beautiful friends. This episode of Moon Memos: Your New & Full Moon Pause is a deep, velvety plunge into the psyche of the Scorpio New Moon a moment of darkness, initiation, and honest beginnings. This is the inhale before the exhale, the quiet before the spark returns, the fertile void where you can finally tell the truth to yourself without flinching. In this episode, Coco (hi, it’s me) guides you through the textures, imagery, and emotional landscape that shape the Scorpio archetype not as something frightening or dramatic, but as a season of exquisite honesty. Expect descriptions like lace and dark ink, metallic glints, snakeskin, velvet, and damp soil. Expect moons and shadows, eyes and storms, phoenixes and rebirth. Expect words like release, alchemy, surrender, wild devotion, and the kind of truth that rearranges you from the inside out. To help you feel this New Moon, we explore the mood of Scorpio through the hauntingly poignant lyrics of Arcade Fire’s “Year of the Snake.” The line “If you feel strange, it’s probably good,” becomes a mantra for this episode a reminder that change often feels unfamiliar, raw, or destabilizing. Scorpio isn’t here for comfort; she’s here for integrity. She’s the sign that whispers: Do what’s true. Don’t do what you should. And because this community continues to grow in such beautiful ways, you’ll also hear a little life update. Coco shares the joy of hosting her very first in-person workshop at a dear friend’s art studio — a dreamy evening of poetry, meditation, and creative ritual. She also announces a brand-new online workshop on December 11: “Dear Universe: A Writing Ritual for Mercury in Sagittarius,” a cozy circle for writing, wondering, and reconnecting with the voice inside you that’s been waiting for a moment to speak. If you’re feeling the call to dive deeper into your own chart, your patterns, your possibilities, or your path into the new year, Coco’s calendar is open for Astro Readings in December and January. Visit coco-ryan.com or head to Instagram @hello.cocoryan to book. The next Moon Memo will arrive on Monday, December 1, with your Full Moon in Pisces insight and meditation — a dreamy, emotional, soul-washed moment you won’t want to miss. For now, may this Scorpio New Moon help you release what’s done, soften what’s tense, and plant a seed of truth that can only grow in the dark.
