<p>Is it an existential crisis or am I just having a breakthrough? In this episode, we discussed a life-changing few interactions that Andi has had over the past couple of weeks and what it is sparked in her own life. </p><p><br></p><p>A few things to take away from this episode:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Take a moment and write down what the best version of yourself looks like if you were to meet them out in the world 10 years from now, what do they do? What are their habits what is their mindset, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Have this conversation with someone close to you who is able to have an engaging deep conversation about what their highest version looks like and yours. Pick someone who will ask you questions and challenge you.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Find a way to have fun this week. Life is too short. Let’s live it to the fullest.</p>
