<p>Detektivin Johanna Kempin erfährt, dass das Mordopfer Peter Geisser am Tag seines Todes auf dem Golfplatz eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem niederländischen Apotheker-Ehepaar Seseman hatte. Durch die Auswertung der Keycards wird klar, dass der Mörder durch den Personaleingang in die Tamina Therme eingedrungen sein muss. Der betreffende Badge gehört der Pâtissière Lisa-Maria Oestreich, die aber ein wasserdichtes Alibi hat. Zudem vermisst Sven Wassmer, der Chefkoch des Memories, eines seiner Lieblingsmesser.
