Es ist einer der spektakulärsten Prozesse in der Münchner Justizgeschichte: Der sogenannte Münchner „Parkhausmörder“ Benedikt Toth soll seine Tante Charlotte Böhringer, die Besitzerin des Isarparkhauses, erschlagen haben. Am 24. April wurde er um 7:31 Uhr aus der Haft entlassen. Toth beteuert bis heute seine Unschuld. Beweise gibt es keine, verurteilt wurde "Bence", wie er genannt wird, auf Basis von Indizien. Nach jahrelangen, investigativen Recherchen – auch von Gong 96.3 – häufen sich Zweifel am Urteil.

Die Suche nach dem Radl-Rambo
Am Sonntag, den 17.05.2020, ereignete sich gegen 18:30 Uhr, in der Hochstraße in München, ein Verkehrsunfall zwischen zwei Radfahrern. Bei dem Unfall starb ein 37-jähriger Radfahrer aus dem Landkreis München. Der andere Radfahrer ist nach dem Vorfall geflüchtet. Seither wird nach ihm gefahndet - sogar mit Fahndungsfotos. Bisher ohne Erfolg.
