The Marines Might Be Worse Than the Pirates | MTOP Case Files
<p>They're supposed to represent absolute order, but the Marines in One Piece have been anything but heroic so far. The First Time Luffy Ever Backed Down | Drum Island Part 1 (130–138) | MTOP #13
