About More Than Sweat
More Than Sweat is a natural extension of Brook Benten's 2024 book, "Sweat with Brook Benten." In both, Brook encourages movement and emboldens humans to go at hard things with gumption. With every word of every episode and every page of the book, she guides her audience to a world of well-being where worth has nothing to do with a workout. She encourages listeners to walk as they tune in to episodes. In season one, every episode is synchronized to music to guide a walking pace. But the message is always more than sweat. This podcast exists to guide growth. "You had the power all along, my dear." -Glenda the Good Witch Music courtesy of Royalty Free Fitness Music.
