如何建立孩子的内在动机
动机可来源于兴趣，成就感，求生存，需求，等。 在上一集的博客，我有说到孩子之所以会总是讲不听，是因为没有内在动机。 “动机很重要，它是一种内在的冲动，会令我们主动寻求资源，追求成功，并驱使我们去执行。没有内在动机就不会有行动。”---这句话来源于， 王宏哲的书 “教养的真相” 如果你也想要走进孩子的内在世界，想要知道大人该懂的破冰对话。我会强烈推荐你看这本书。 动机可分成：内在动机与外在动机。但是，对于孩子的学习过程来说，内在与外在动机是无法完全分开的。 其实，内在动机是与潜意识有链接的。 当孩子发自内心的想要完成某样事情，这就是内在动机。举例，有内在动机的小孩能够主动的去收拾玩具，整理书包，把功课完成而不需任何的奖励。这就是父母最渴望孩子拥有的吧？ 外在动机则是透过奖励，威胁，惩罚等等。家长需要长期的威逼利诱，孩子才愿意去完成他应该要完成的事情。好像做任何事都要谈条件，孩子才会去做。 哪到底要怎么建立孩子的内在动机呢？家长就要先建立孩子的内在需求。 有需求，才有动机。 每个人需求的起源都不同。 就像对于孩子来说“玩”是一种需求，所以在“玩”这方面，家长根本就不需要操心，孩子就会自然而然的去玩乐。 这就是为什么很多做教育的都会提倡快乐学习。 小的育儿班就会提倡通过玩了来学习（Learn Through Play）。 当孩子有内在需求时，紧张的情绪会先出现，紧接着做出一些行为，让自己去得到满足，同时降低紧张。 这就是为什么孩子常常一言不合就发脾气。很多家长会觉得，孩子会之所以会常常发脾气，是因为被宠惯了。甚至会把发脾气与不听话画上等号。但其实，孩子发脾气的背后，可能隐藏了你从来没察觉到孩子的一些需求。 孩子（0-2岁）的时候，还不会说话，所以他们会用发脾气、跺脚、哭闹、大叫、甚至毁坏东西等行为来表现紧张的情绪，是因为需要没有被满足。通过这样的行为，以便大人可以满足他们的需求。 下次当孩子发脾气时，家长可以先想想当下孩子的需求是什么？把孩子的需求说出来，再问问孩子是否如此。这样能够帮助孩子疏解紧张的情绪，再用孩子的需求引导孩子该做什么。当家长能够理清孩子的需求时，就能够引导孩子建立内在动机，从而说一些话引导孩子去完成某些事情。家长说对了话，孩子就会做对事情。

很多父母会认为带小孩真的太难了，很需要耐心。 尤其是行动管制这段期间，有在家带小孩的父母，一定会有很深的体会。 面对着总是讲不听的小孩，再多的耐性也会被消磨掉。 曾经优雅的妈妈，也没想过自己会有对孩在大吼大叫的一天吧。 叫他不要去玩危险的东西，他越要去玩。 其实大人一开始都是好好跟孩子说的，可是孩子都不听，才会逼不得以用吼的，用骂的。 “如果可以选择，谁会想要当”母老虎”？

教养的第二个秘诀，请父母在生气时，注意自己对孩子所说的每一句话。 因为，人在生气时，都会不自觉说出一些很难听的话。 最爱的人说着伤人的话，其实是最伤人的。 请记得“父母的一句话是孩子的全世界”。 今天就对孩子多说一些赞美的话，正能量的话吧。 多一点认同，少一点批评吧。
