He shares how not being taught to navigate his feelings affected our relationship, and the challenges we faced in conflict resolution.
For the first few years of our marriage, unresolved emotions and poor communication created tension between us. But when we started therapy, everything changed. We learned how to express our feelings in a healthy way, understand each other better, and strengthen our emotional connection.
