<p>Recently, we saw Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR head Kristin Cabot’s viral reel on the big screen. The media, news outlets, and social platforms have been buzzing with discussions about this incident, with many expressing that his actions were highly inappropriate for someone in his position. </p><p>We often think of mistakes as the end of something. But what if we looked at mistakes differently? Now let me be clear: I do not favor what Andy Byron did.
