Motion Over Fear is a space where I talk about the things we don’t always know how to explain. Fear, doubt, mental battles, creativity, purpose, and the pressure of trying to become something more than what we came from.
I’ve been scared of failing, scared of staying stuck, scared of repeating the past. But I kept moving anyway, even when my mind was heavy and my confidence was low.
This podcast isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about being honest about the struggle, the thoughts we hide, and the slow process of becoming better mentally, emotionally, and creatively.
Some days we feel strong. Some days we feel lost. Here, we talk about all of it. The growth, the setbacks, the questions, and the moments that change us.
You don’t have to be perfect to move forward. You just have to keep going, even when fear is loud.
This is Motion Over Fear.
Mental helath
Most of us spend our lives fighting our own thoughts. We blame ourselves for overthinking, anxiety, doubt, and feeling stuck, without realizing that our minds learned these patterns as a way to survive.
In this episode of Motion Over Fear, I talk about what it really means to struggle mentally, the quiet battles nobody sees, and the moment you realize that your mind isn’t broken, it’s just carrying too much history. This is a conversation about awareness, healing, and learning how to move forward even when your thoughts feel heavy.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to grow. Sometimes progress starts with understanding yourself instead of fighting yourself.

In this episode of Motion Over Fear, we dive into what it means to find your anchor — the thing that keeps you steady when everything else is shaking. We’ll talk about the storms that test you, how they reveal what you’re really rooted in, and how to strengthen your anchor so you’re not swept away.
Because storms don’t prove your weakness. They reveal your strength.

Season 2 is about more than motion. It’s about momentum. And it starts here.

We started this journey talking about fear — what it looks like, how it feels, and what it takes to move anyway. Over 10 episodes, we’ve faced the fear inside us and the fear that comes from the people around us.
In this season finale of Motion Over Fear, we’re bringing it all together — reflecting on where we started, what we’ve learned, and what’s next. This isn’t the end — it’s the close of one chapter and the beginning of an even bigger one.

You Weren’t Meant To Stay Broken
🎙️ Episode 2: You Weren’t Meant to Stay Broken
Some of us were raised around pain. Chaos. Addiction.
Not by choice — but by survival.
In this episode, I open up about what it was like growing up surrounded by struggle, watching people I love try to escape their own hurt in the only ways they knew how. I’m not here to bash anybody — I’m here to tell the truth, and to let someone out there know:
You are not what happened to you.
You might still be healing.
You might still feel stuck.
But your story doesn’t end in the same place it started.
You weren’t meant to stay broken.
You were meant to move.

I Moved Anyway
🎙️ Episode 1: I Moved Anyway
I wasn’t supposed to make it.
Surrounded by addiction, pain, and survival — I was expected to fall like the ones before me. And for a while, I thought I would.
But I didn’t. I moved anyway.
This episode is the beginning of Motion Over Fear — not a podcast for perfect people, but for the ones who are still in it. The ones who feel stuck, scared, tired… but still get up.
If you’re walking through hell right now, this one’s for you. You don’t need to be fearless. You just need to move.
