[…] And what advice, I mean, would you give maybe one or two things that you would say, whether to your younger self or to these that are starting a new business, what are one or two things that you think would stand out? the failure does not define you and neither does success that's so so like i just i care deeply about sharing failure stories because i think it destigmatizes this idea of failure but when you are operating especially as an entrepreneur from a position of fear or fear of failure it will change your decision making you will be less courageous about decisions you make whether it be hiring or partnerships go to market product launches and and that fear of failure can be crippling and it will change the way you run your business and it doesn't define you because you probably will fail two-thirds of businesses fail You said 80% earlier.
