The Farx Brothers React & Explain Avengers: Doomsday Trailer (MBwTFB ep. 118)

The Farx brothers—Kyle, Kirk, and Nick—skip the ‘bate (debate) for a double Avengers: Doomsday trailer reaction special. They break down incursions, the switch from Kang to Doctor Doom, and theorize about the MCU post-Secret Wars. Then, the conversation pivots hard into topics like Armie Hammer's cannibal scandal and "The Social Reckoning." Plus, Nick reviews his drink of choice for the night. The Odyssey - SPOILERS feat. Movie Man T (MBwTFB ep. 117)

The Farx brothers—Kyle and Kirk—recruit Movie Man T to join the voyage as they finally ‘bate (debate) Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. In this segment, the crew breaks down true IMAX vs. LIEMAX, whether it qualifies as a "Dad movie," if the Gods exist in this adaptation, and whether the women are written well or poorly. Plus, Kirk’s patience officially snaps. Spoiler alert: the edit room hard cut proves it. The Odyssey - Non Spoilers* (MBwTFB ep. 117)

The Farx brothers—Kyle, Kirk, and Nick—stay true to the epic poem by taking the long way around to a ‘bate (debate) on Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. The asterisk is doing the real work here, as it is mostly Kyle and Kirk's attempt at convincing Nick to see the film. What follows is a full breakdown of what Nick sees as Nolan’s fatal flaws as both a screenwriter and director. Plus, Kirk attempts an impression for the first time on the show and fails spectacularly.
