[…] And that was challenging for me because I had just figured out how to do this one thing well. And now I've been handed multiple leadership responsibilities. Leading staff is where that started in Las Vegas, which was a different type of leadership for me. Also, this was in the middle of the recession for us, 2008. And so financially, Vegas got just pummeled. And so we were we were trying to do more with less financial resources. Well, yeah, I'm trying to figure out how do I lead staff and lead volunteers, people serving and do this well in the middle of a very difficult season for a city, which is what one of our goals was to serve the city.
