4/2021 Om LIA:n med Anette & Håkan
LIA betyder Lärande i Arbete och är den 7:e och sista delkursen i den 2-åriga SMO-utbildningen. Under 15 veckor får de studerande fortsätta sitt lärande ute hos någon räddningstjänst. Håkan Warnemyr och Anette Stålseger är lärare på MSB Revinge och är ansvariga för kursens upplägg och innehåll. Det innefattar bland annat att tilldela de studerande olika uppgifter de ska genomföra under sin LIA. Men också att finnas till hands och stötta dem genom deras sista termin. Här är några av de frågor som Håkan och Anette svarar på: - Vad gör de studeranden under sin LIA? - Finns det något de studerande inte får lov att göra under sin LIA? - Hur förbereds räddningstjänsterna för att ta emot SMO-studerande? - Vilka utmaningar finns i upplägget av LIA-kursen? - Är det speciellt att vara kvinna ute på LIA och hur hanterar ni det? - Ingår farliga ämnen i den rapport de studerande ska skriva under sin LIA. - Vad ska studerande tänka på under sin LIA, och vad ska handledaren tänka på som tar emot LIA-studerande?
