Let’s Dish the Tea Scriptures: Ephesians 4:29; Proverbs 18:21; James 1:19
These scriptures remind us that our words carry power and that what we say can either build people up or tear them down. God calls us to speak words that encourage and uplift, to be mindful of our conversations, and to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.
Theme: Before you spill the tea, consider what you're pouring into someone else's life. Not every conversation needs to be shared, and not every thought needs to be spoken. Use your words to heal, encourage, and bring life rather than spread gossip, division, or hurt.

Physically & Spiritually Trapped Scripture: Matthew 14:22–25
In this passage, the disciples find themselves battling strong winds and rough waters while Jesus approaches them, walking on the sea. Their situation reflects how we can become trapped by circumstances beyond our control and overwhelmed by fear, uncertainty, and spiritual struggles. Yet even in the middle of the storm, Jesus is present.
Theme: Sometimes we are trapped by what is happening around us and what is happening within us. But no storm is too great, no situation too difficult, and no darkness too deep for Jesus to reach us. Even when you cannot find your way out, trust the One who can meet you right where you are.

Stay On the Wall
Scripture: Nehemiah 6: 1–8
In this passage, Nehemiah faces repeated attempts by his enemies to distract him from rebuilding Jerusalem’s wall. Despite their schemes, intimidation, and false accusations, Nehemiah refuses to abandon his assignment, declaring through his actions that the work is too important to stop.
Summary: Everyone will not support what God has called you to do. Don't allow distractions, opposition, or criticism to pull you away from your purpose. Stay focused, remain faithful, and keep building—the work God gave you is too important to abandon.
