<p>一、靈修的意義 <br /> <br />靈修就是靈性的修養。舊約時代有一個名叫但以理的人，他的靈修很好。聖經描述說：他裏頭有聖神的靈，心中光明，又有聰明智慧，好像神的智慧，在他裏頭有美好的靈性（但五11～12）為了使大家更清楚了解什麼叫靈修，以下分四點說明其意義： <br /> <br />1.靈命的培育 <br />2.靈智的充實 <br />3.靈德的完全 <br />4.靈力的增進 <br /> <br />二、靈修的目的 <br />1.榮神（對神） <br />2.益人（對人） <br />3.得救（對己） <br /> <br />三、靈修的方法 <br />1.以真理潔淨行為 <br />2.藉禱告幫助靈修 <br />3.須克己力行善道 <br /> <br />靈修是基督徒一生一世不可間斷的重要工作，誠如彼得前書二章12節記載：你們在外邦人中，應當品行端正（對己），叫那些毀謗你們是作惡的，因看見你們的好行為（對人），便在鑒察的日子，歸榮耀給神（對神）。但願同靈常以聖經真理內省自修，藉禱告求聖靈感動幫助，並加上攻克己身力行善道。求靈命更豐盛，靈智更充實、靈德更完全、靈力更增進。在凡事上都能榮神、益人，以致得救進天國。 <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
