   Mini Episode 61.5 - Bookwalker Update 2

So, we're working on our sequel to the Halloween update, but it's going to take a bit more time, so have an extra discussion we just recorded recently looking at Bookwalker's latest updates. We last talked in episode 47 when it was rebuilt by a new company, and we had some thoughts, but it's been a few months, so how have things gone? Pretty good, mostly, though we have thoughts on the design and the features, but some things have changed. Enjoy this filler spot while we keep working on the next few episodes! Is a Ghoul a Cannibal? - Episode 61 - Tokyo Ghoul vol. 1

And this clearly intended to be released in October episode covers the wonderful, happy go lucky world of Tokyo Ghoul, where monsters that look like people regularly murder and eat them. Yay! Marvel at the art style and stay for the traumatic depiction of starvation and deprivation. It's fun! . . . Actually it is, it's an incredibly good first book, and we hope you are enjoying it too. Meanwhile, in What We've Read . . . we did read things. Some Dress Up Darling, some Cells at Work, some Mushoku Tensei . . . some Tokyo Ghoul . . . Look, not every week is gonna be jam packed, but it's fun nonetheless! It’s Critical You Do not Toy With My Points - Ep 60 - Don't Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro Books 1-4-ish

Ok, so, how do you know what a story is actually about? That's our topic this week, and our focus is the unbelievably funny Don't Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro, the bullying to romantic comedy story. While we're going to talk a bit about the plot of the first four books, we're really talking about when you know it's a lovely, silly romantic comedy and not watching a young boy be emotionally dunked on for laughs. Meanwhile, in What We've Read, another of our favorites, with Shangri-La Frontier volumes 25 and 26, while Tom also finds some time for the newest Hero and the Sage Reincarnated and Engaged book 7 and Infinite Dendrogram book 17.
