DE LA SIERRA JUAREZ LOS QUE INTEGRAMOS EL HONORABLE CABILDO MUNICIPAL HEMOS VENIDO A LA CIUDAD DE OAXACA A MANIFESTARNOS CON ESTE COMUNICADO POR QUE EL PUEBLO DE LACHITA YA SE CANSO DE TANTOS ATROPELLOS Y DISCRIMINACIONES QUE SUFRIMOS POR PARTE DE NUESTRA CABECERA MUNICIPAL Y DEL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO QUE SIMPLE Y SENCILLAMENTE MUESTRAN SU DESINTERES Y SU INCAPACIDAD PARA GENERAR CONDICONES DE DIALOGO Y CONCILIACION. HACEMOS ESTA DENUNCIA PUBLICA PARA DECIRLE AL PUEBLO DE OAXACA QUE COMO COMUNIDAD ORIGINARIA Y COMO AGENCIA MUNICIPAL NO SOMOS UNA COMUNIDAD DE SEGUNDA, POR QUE AL PARECER ASI NOS CONSIDERA NUESTRA CABECERA MUNICIPAL DE BETAZA DESDE QUE EMPRENDIMOS ESTA LUCHA EL AÑO PASADO PARA SOLICITAR LO QUE POR DERECHO NOS CORRESPONDE DE LOS RECURSOS MUNICIPALES QUE ASIGNA LA FEDERACION DEL RAMO 28 Y 33 Y ADEMAS SE HAGA UNA AUDITORIA A LA CABECERA MUNICIPAL POR LAS PESIMAS OBRAS QUE HAN HECHO EN NUESTRA AGENCIA MUNICIPAL, PUES ES CLARO QUE HA HABIDO DESVIO DE RECURSOS MUNICIPALES EN LAS ADMINISTRACIONES PASADAS, ES POR ELLO QUE ESTA HONORABLE AGENCIA MUNCIPAL YA INTERPUSO UNA DENUNCIA ANTE LA FISCALIA DEL COMBATE A LA CORRUPCION, EN LA FISCALIA GENERAL DEL ESTADO DE OAXACA. NOSOTROS FORMAMOS PARTE DEL FRENTE DE AGENCIAS MUNICIPALES DE LA SIERRA JUAREZ, QUE LO CONFORMAN MAS DE 15 AGENCIAS DEL SECTOR ZOOGOCHO, CAJONOS Y VILLA ALTA, HEMOS PODIDO APOYARNOS PARA HECER UN SOLO FRENTE, PUES ES MUY EVIDENTE QUE TENEMOS EL MISMO PROBLEMA Y QUE NO CONTAMOS CON UN RESPALDO LEGAL PARA NUESTRA AGENCIA MUNICIPAL LA COMUNIDAD DE LACHITA YA DESPERTO Y CON LA FRENTE EN ALTO SE ESTA HACIENDO ESTA LUCHA DE MANERA PACIFICA, POR QUE YA TENEMOS LOS SUFIECIENTES ARGUMENTOS Y LA INFORMACION NECESARIA PARA SOLICITAR NUESTRO RECURSO MUNICIPAL DE MANERA EQUITATIVA Y POR NUMERO DE HABITANTES, QUEREMOS DECIRLES QUE YA EXISTEN DECRETOS QUE SE PUBLICARON EN EL PERIODICO OFICIAL DEL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO EN EL 2020, SOBRE LA LEY ORGANICA MUNIPAL HACIENDO REFERENCIA A LA DISTRIBUCION DE MANERA EQUITATIVA LOS RECURSOS MUNICIPALES DEL RAMO 33 FONDO 3 QUE ES PARA INFRAESTRUCTURA SOCIAL MUNICIPAL EN ESTE AÑO LA CAMARA DE DIPUTADO DEL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO YA METIO LA PROPUESTA PARA SU APROBACION DEL ARTICULO 24 DE LA LEY DE COORDINACION FISCAL PARA EL ESTADO DE OAXACA, ASI COMO LA REFORMA EL ARTICULOO IX Y X DE LA LEY ORGANICA MUNICIPAL, ESTO QUIERE DECIR QUE LAS AGENCIAS MUNICIPALES Y DE POLICIA PODRAN RECIBIR DE MANERA EQUITATIVA, POR NUMERO DE HABITANTES Y DIRECTA SUS RECURSOS MUNICIPALES, ESTO QUIERE DECIR QUE LAS AGENCIAS MUNICIPALES Y DE POLICIA PODRAN RECIBIR DE MANERA EQUITATIVA, POR NUMERO DE HABITANTES Y DIRECTA SUS RECURSOS MUNICIPALES. PERO PARA LA AUTORIDAD MUNICIPAL DE BETAZA ESTO NO ES IMPORTANTE NI MUCHO MENOS ALGO QUE LOS BENEFICIE. HEMOS INTENTADO POR TODOS LOS MEDIOS POSIBLES SOLICITAR MESAS DE TRABAJO PARA ANTEPONER EL DIALOGO Y LA CONCILIACION, DE MANERA RESPETUOSA Y POR OFICIOS HEMOS HECHO LLEGAR AL PRESIDENTE MUNICIPAL PARA QUE SE SENSIBILIZE SOBRE ESTA SITUACION, ENTIENDA QUE ES UN DERECHO LO QUE ESTAMOS PIDIENDO, PERO QUE LAMENTABLEMENTE HA PREDOMINADO SU ARROGANCIA Y LA PREPOTENCIA EN CONTRA DE NOSOTROS. ACUDIMOS A LA SECRETARIA GENERAL DE GOBIERNO PARA SOLICITAR SU APOYO E INTERVENCION, Y QUE UNICAMENTE SE HIZO UNA MINUTA DE ACUERDO DE FECHA 23 DE ABRIL DE 2021.
