[…] So in our world and very similar to others, you know, in the real estate syndication space, you know, syndication is just a fancy way of saying, you know, we're going to take two groups of people. One is going to be active. That's going to be the general partnership group. We're going to go out there and find deals. We're going to do all the work. OK, we're going to do the legwork on due diligence, getting the deal under contract. We're going to analyze the deal and all those kind of things. And what we're going to do is we're going to bring that opportunity to LPs, limited partners or passive investors, and they have a chance to review that deal and invest as a limited partner. […]
