Er erzählt, wie ein zwischen Ländern pendelnder Autor die Grenzübertritte erlebt, wie Sprachgrenzen seine Kindheit bestimmten und wie er diese als Dramatiker ‒ auch mit Hilfe von Übersetzerinnen ‒ überwindet.</p>

<p>Dorota Weger, geb. Krupa, ist 1975 in Myślenice, südlich von Krakau (pl. Kraków), zur Welt gekommen. Nach ihrem Schulabschluss beschloss sie 1994, nach München zu ziehen, um dort zu arbeiten, die deutsche Sprache zu erlernen und zu studieren. Sie spricht über reale Grenzen und begrenzende Vorstellungen in den Köpfen – und wie ihr eigene Grenzerfahrungen dabei behilflich sind, heute geflüchtete Menschen aus der Ukraine beim Sprach- und Kulturerwerb zu unterstützen.</p>
