Turning 39 & Done With Overthinking!
This episode started with a simple question I heard in a video:
“Am I in enough places to be seen?”
A good question.
A useful question.
But within minutes I caught myself wondering if I was visible enough, doing enough, showing up in the “right” places to move my life forward.
And that’s when I realized something uncomfortable.
Those questions weren’t even mine.
In this episode I talk about attention and the invisible force shaping our creative lives more than we realize. Every post we scroll, every voice we listen to, every idea we absorb becomes part of the lens through which we see our own work.
Sometimes inspiration fuels us.
Sometimes it quietly turns into a measuring stick.
I also share the shift moving towards lately, and what I’ve been calling my “unthinking era.”
Less overthinking.
Less comparison.
More creating.
