Free Agent Somatic Investigation: Full Moon Illumination of ENOUGH
I've spent a lot of my life moving forward, figuring things out and trying to stay ahead of what might happen next. Lately, I've been learning to soften. To slow down. To receive (NOT EASY)
This meditation grew out of that experience and my own exploration of the adrenals, the body's response to fear and the patterns that can keep us moving long after we need to.
With the full moon in Taurus as our backdrop, we move from Aries action into Taurus embodiment; from doing to being, from pushing forward to inhabiting our lives.
We'll trace the body, beginning with the adrenals, and explore what it means to feel, nourish ourselves.
What if enough isn't something we have to achieve, but something we can learn to receive?

BEYOND BELIEF: Cindy "Seer" Anderson talks Spirit Guides
I'm curious about the spirit world, but I also have an analytical mind and a healthy skepticism. So when Cindy "Seer" Anderson joined me on the Museum, I wanted to explore the idea of spirit guides and learn how to connect with my own.
Cindy walked me through the process and shared practical tips, taking some of the "woo"out of the experience. She presents it as something surprisingly natural, suggesting that the work isn't about learning something new but unlearning what has kept us from exploring. She calls it SOULPIPHANY
