<p>Hola. Con esta actividad pretendemos desarrollar 3 aspectos:</p> <p>Afectividad, inteligencia emocional y meditación. Aplicarlo es muy sencillo.</p> <p>Al momento de acostar a tu hijo para dormirlo, le explicas que van a escuchar el cuento de las buenas noches, le pides cerrar los ojos, tomas su manita para que se sienta acompañado, si puedes tenerlo en tus brazos la experiencia será perfecta. corre el audio y al final le bendices y le das el "beso-rana" de las buenas noches (te lo inventas). </p> <p>Con esta simple actividad aparte de fortalecer su afectividad y su seguridad en si mismo por el hecho de sentirse amado, cuidado, estás desarrollando su oido interior, a ESCUCHARSE A SI MISMO, A PONER ATENCIÓN A LO QUE SIENTE, A TENER CONCIENCIA DE QUE ESTÁ PASANDO EN SU INTERIOR EN ESE MOMENTO, A MEDITAR, la atención plena es la base de la inteligencia emocional, ser emocionalmente inteligente permitirá a tu hijo en el momento que lo requiera, motivarse a si mismo a pesar de sus frustraciones, generar sus estados de ánimo, sus estados energéticos, e infinidad de habilidades más... </p> <p>Puedes repetir esta actividad las veces que tu hijo te lo pida, les encanta, te lo digo por experiencia... </p> <p>este audio que te comparto, pertenece al canal de la Ranita de Eline Snel.</p> <p>un saludo y QUE LO DISFRUTEN!!!</p>
