Na mém blogu a zde v podcastu najdete reporty ze závodů, pokusů o světové rekordy, tréninků, ale i tipy, postřehy a návody jak na freediving nebo otužování a vlastně i to jak pracovat s myslí, stresem a dechem. Teď už přeji příjemný poslech.
