Why do women feel like they must succumb to the pressures of societal beauty standards and trends all in the name of being beautiful?</span></p>

<p><span>Episode 10!</span></p><p><span> The team celebrates their first double digit episode! Tony and Tay give their unique multigenerational viewpoint on the whole Shaddeur Sanders saga. His "slip" from first round grace to not getting reps with the first team offense, to his relationship with his dad, Deion. The two discuss the differences between confidence and cockiness and which one of these categories does the embattled QB fall in. Tony explains the importance of cockiness and it's importance in raising a son! The dialogue gets humorous and heated!</span></p>
