My Childhood Suitcase

About My Childhood Suitcase

If you are seeking a safe space to unpack a great deal from the closet of your mind, this podcast is for you. My Childhood Suitcase is a virtual diary of all my thoughts, neuroses, and insights into how I became the woman I am today. Get ready to laugh, cry, well, mostly cry as I divulge all the details of my life as well as share some tea, all along the lines of girl talk. Come along with me as I unpack on this incredible adventure, one layer of truth at a time. Grab your tissues, cup of tea, or cocktail, if you will. Remember these words: I hear you and I see you. Follow My Childhood Suitcase on Instagram, and please be respectful and tactful in your comments and DMs. Theme song: "New Light" by LiQWYD.

   Unpacking Momentum and Anticipation

October is here, and life feels like it’s picking up speed—in the best way. In this episode, I’m unpacking momentum, anticipation, and what it means to enjoy what’s happening without trying to predict every next step. I’m also sharing why that rest, adventure, and actually living my life don’t interrupt momentum—they’re part of it. Unpacking Lighthearted Trust

What if trust could feel a little lighter? In this episode of My Childhood Suitcase, I reflect on what it means to trust myself, my timing, my creativity, and the people around me without trying to control every outcome. I’m learning how to prepare well and then let go. I also share how some truths - a reminder to make room for play, and one simple phrase — “Okay, let’s see what happens” — are helping me move through life with more curiosity and less urgency. This episode is about self-trust, creativity, play, and leaving a little room for the unexpected.

Unpacking What I Refuse to Outgrow

What parts of yourself do you never want to outgrow? In this lighter episode of My Childhood Suitcase, I’m celebrating 11 things I’m happily carrying with me into adulthood. Because growing up doesn’t have to mean becoming harder, cooler, or less impressed by life. Maybe maturity is learning what to leave behind — and what deserves a permanent place in the suitcase. Here’s to staying responsible without becoming joyless, and doing something every once in a while simply because it’s fun.
