   Intentional Creation (Part 2)

What if there's no single path to transformation, but a toolkit with specific tools for every moment? See the video version of this episode on YouTube. (https://youtu.be/AathboeOwl8) In this continuation of Intentional Creation (Part 1), I dive deeper into the Reality Transurfing distinction between inner and outer intention: the idea that truly manifesting requires not just clarifying what you want, but getting out of the way so the universe can meet you halfway. From there, I trace my own journey through several frameworks for understanding the mind and its role in shaping reality. The coherence between mind and heart (the rational planner and the intuitive, present-moment knower) presented in Reality Transurfing is compared to perspectives from Jungian psychology, Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), shadow work, and the Gene Keys — each serving a purpose at a different stage. Talk therapy offered me acknowledgment and context. Shadow work opened the door to expression and release. RRT went deeper, shifting subconscious patterns at the root. And Gene Keys provided the gentler, contemplative backdrop for observing and allowing shadow behaviors to soften over time. I also explore reducing importance, the tension of attachment that blocks the flow between intention and manifestation, and how playful, light-hearted experiments (like imagining a red balloon and watching it appear) can gather the evidence your rational mind needs to get on board. Your reality is a fascinating research subject. Time to start taking notes...or just enjoy the ride! Season 2 of Mysterious Studies has been my process of exploring and integrating these tools and understanding when each is useful, in what way and for whom. This episode reflects that arrival point, and I'm extending an open invitation: a free 15-minute call for anyone who resonates, is curious, or feels stuck in the cloud of confusion and wants to enlist my perspective into the process. Intentional Creation (Part 1)

Is reality something you experience as happening to you, or something you're continuously co-creating? See the video version of this episode on YouTube (https://youtu.be/ByHdGK4Xt9Q). In this episode, I explore my own journey between extremes: from my cultural restraint around desire, to specific manifestation lists, and back toward open-ended co-creation. Along the way, I discuss pendulums as energetic structures we unconsciously attach to, and the role of clearing the mind so that there is space to create something new. I dive into why sometimes the most powerful intention isn't a distant dream but the next easy step right in front of you. We discuss how Reality Transurfing frames the universe as a trickster that mirrors your beliefs, while Rapid Resolution Therapy® offers a grounded approach to shifting dysfunctional patterns out of the way. This episode lives at the intersection of practical and profound. No promises that reality will reshape itself if you visualize hard enough. Instead, I leave you with a more honest invitation: understand your relationship with attention, emotion, and belief...then move forward with whatever approach fits your path in the present moment. If you want to connect with me directly, I am now offering a free 15-minute meeting! Shadow Work for Self-Liberation

What if shadow work doesn't need to be a heavy process of fixing your flaws but an opportunity to unleash your power and follow your passion? In this episode, we meet Vee Asimov, a shadow worker and existential detective who has spent years mapping the terrain between psychology and spirituality, grounded in her own lived experience. We talk about the messy reality of embodiment—why journaling can sometimes drag you deeper into panic, why screaming into music became my bridge back to feeling, and why the answer might be less about thinking harder and more about letting your body express whatever needs to come through. Vee shares her own journey: from living in her head trying to a spiritual awakening triggered by a comic book, to a relationship that shattered her unconditional love and forced her to embrace her predatory side. We talk about how neurodivergent minds operate on frequencies that trigger neurotypical masking, why authenticity is becoming a valuable skill in this rising age of consciousness, and why being direct instead of gentle can be kinder to someone's soul. We offer practical tools: how to go straight to the childhood pattern instead of self-judging, how to use reality as a mirror without punishing yourself for seeing your reflection, and why following your curiosity moment to moment beats treating shadow work like homework. Vee mentions her course The Mystic's Guide to Shadow Work—designed to be dense but integrable at your own pace, with reminders to let your body breathe between the deep dives. This is a conversation about making shadow work less heavy. About turning it from a burden into an instant hack for self-liberation. About the art of opting in and out of different layers of reality depending on what's useful in the moment. And maybe most importantly, about finding the place where you don't need to dissolve to keep others comfortable, but can be fully yourself. Questions to Ponder As You Listen: Where have you been gentling yourself into self-sacrifice to protect other people's egos instead of honoring your own truth? If reality is a mirror, what are you seeing reflected back that you haven't wanted to express yet? What boundary have you been too afraid to set that is costing you more than the discomfort of setting it? How do you balance the inward pull of seeking with the outward demand of showing up for people you love? Where have you been using intellectual understanding to bypass actual feeling? What creative outlet could serve as a "safe" way to express what feels unsafe to show directly?
