Season 8 of The Spiritual Boss begins with a more personal conversation - it’s just me, getting honest about where I am, what’s changing, and what I want this season to be about.
I’m talking about Tanya taking a year away from the podcast, why I’m excited to step into this season on my own and my intention to create a space that feels empowering, uplifting, honest, and welcoming.
I’m also sharing a story I’ve never really told here in this way about my experience with melanoma - the scars it has left behind, my complicated relationship with my body, and what self-acceptance looks like when you don’t always love what you see.
Because coming home to yourself isn’t about becoming a better version of who you were, it’s about letting go of who you thought you had to be.
This season, we are talking about work, relationships, motherhood, ambition, identity, spirituality, change—and what it really means to create a life that feels like yours.
