Die erste Periode
<p>In Episode 10 sprechen wir mit unseren Freundinnen Jana und Maddie über die Menarche. Also das erste Mal, wenn eine junge Frau die Menstruation bekommt. Wir erzählen, wie unsere Mütter darauf reagiert haben und was wir uns gewünscht hätten. Jana redet darüber, wie es mit ihrer Tochter war. Anschließend thematisieren wir, wie sich eine Mutter bzw.
