Einige von euch haben es nach unserer letzten Pause vielleicht schon vermutet: Nächste Links geht den Weg alles weltlichen und verabschiedet sich nach über zwei Jahren und mehr als 40 Folgen. In unserer (vorerst) letzten Folge reden wir über die Gründe dafür, unsere und eure liebsten Folgen und alles andere, was uns am Ende des Projekts wichtig erscheint. Ring Ring! Wir klingeln die Reichen aus dem Weg, auch wenn das hier kein Fahrradweg ist. Weicht den Rechtsabbiegern aus und kommt mit uns auf Tour, heute dreht sich bei uns alles - und zwar ums Fahrrad! Das Schlachtross der arbeitenden Klasse, der Drahtesel, auf dem wir in eine bessere Zukunft strampeln. Wir gucken uns an, wie das Fahrrad entwickelt wurde und welche gesellschaftliche Bedeutung es seit dem späten 19. Jahrhundert so erlangen konnte. Dabei treffen wir auf Velocipeden-Rittmeister, rüpelige Proleten auf zwei Rädern und Frauen, die sich ihren Raum im Straßenbild und der Welt erkämpfen. Außerdem schauen wir auf die wunderbare und leider ziemlich durchkapitalisierte Welt des Radsports und lassen uns nicht zu knapp über die doch eher bescheidene Situation als Radfahrer in deutschen Städten aus. Pünktlich zum Montag bringt euch Kikis kleiner Lieferservice unsere neue Folge auf die Endgeräte! Nach einer kleinen Pause im Zauberland haben wir doch noch den Katzenbus erwischt und haben es unter den wachsamen Augen der Waldgeister ins Studio geschafft. Auf dem Weg dahin haben wir direkt hinterm Wandelnden Schloss die nächste links genommen, konnten eine Spende vom Ohngesicht erbitten und sind in alter Form zurück. Gönnt euch eine Aus- und unsere dritte Kulturzeit, in der wir schamlos unserer Liebe zu Studio Ghibli, dem herausragenden und für manche vielleicht überraschend politischen Animations-Studio hingeben. Trotz der manchmal nostalgischen Vibes weinen wir nicht nur Tränen der Erinnerung, während wir im herbstlichen Hamburg beobachten, Wie der Wind sich hebt. Stattdessen staunen vor allem über die Leichtigkeit und Kunstfertigkeit, mit der Miyazaki, Takahata, Suzuki und ihre Mitstreiter*innen die ganz großen Themen des Lebens auf die Leinwand bringen.
