Tristan ist einer der besten U18-Läufer in Deutschland, der in diesem Jahr die Bestenlisten anführt, von 1.500m bis 10 km. Zudem hält er auch die U18-Rekorde über 5 und 10 km. In diesem Sommer ist Tristan ins Sportinternat Hessen umgezogen und trainiert nun unter Benjamin Stalf. Neue Folge ist online 👍🏻😉🎤🎧 ! Wir sprechen in dieser Folge mit Linda Meier von der LAC Passau, die am Marathon-Wochenende von Berlin die U20-Wertung der R5K-Serie gewonnen hat. Darüber hinaus hat Linda schon an Junioren-EM und -WM teilgenommen sowie mehrere Deutsche Meisterschaften sehr erfolgreich bestritten (u.a. mit dem Titel über 5000m im Jahr 2022). Jetzt schließt sie sich der Trainingsgruppe von Isabelle Baumann in Tübingen an und beginnt dort auch ihr Studium. Über ihre Berlin-Erfahrungen, ihren Werdegang sowie kuriose Begebenheiten bei Weltmeisterschaften erfahrt ihr mehr in dieser Folge. Hört doch mal rein!

Neue Folge ist online 👍🏻😉🎤🎧 ! Wir sprechen in dieser Folge mit Pauline Meyer, die vor einigen Wochen bei den Deutschen Meisterschaften die Bronzemedaille über 3000m Hindernis gewonnen hat. Pauline hat in den vergangenen 6 Jahren in den USA gelebt und dort als „Student Athlete“ sowohl ihre akademische als auch sportliche Karriere vorangetrieben. Nachdem sie dann im Frühjahr 2023 den Master in Psychologie erhalten hat, ging es im Juni direkt weiter zur Team-EM nach Polen. Über ihren Werdegang, die Zeit in den USA, ihre Vorliebe für Volksläufe 😊 und was in der Zukunft so ansteht, erfahrt ihr mehr in dieser Folge. Hört doch mal rein!
