An ongoing podcast conversation about creative spiritual living by Tony Rook, Marc Van Versendaal and Tim Heiler. We, Three Naked Spiritual Men, decided to start to record our conversations about life. We believe that the world is way too polarized and therefore it seems to be the case that you always have to be on the one side or the other. We felt that "spirituality" has been taken way too seriously by some, and way too not seriously by others. Either way, we miss the part that an "average dude" simply can enjoy spirituality while also enjoy weird jokes, a cigar and/or a heavy work out. It's not all vegan, alcohol-free, silence and 100% seriousness... It's also about laughter, making mistakes, sports, amusement, enjoyment and, of course, a lot of other things!!

Often, you get all this "feedback" from your friends, family members, loving partner or your surroundings in general.. And, it's not like you instantly "know" what's up..right? Mostly, it appears to be mixed signals at best. Do I need to continu now that I experience hardship or is this a sign I should stop? You tell me? Push through or see it as a warning and stop? Tim, Tony & Marc try to figure out in what kind of state you should be in order to better "feel" what these signs are trying to tell you and how to act on it. Pretty interesting... Enjoy the show!!
