Setting Boundaries (Pt. 1)
<p>Today, I finally get out what has been on my heart to say. This is just a small, big piece to the whole of Kira. I am breaking chains and setting boundaries for myself and this one was one of the hardest I had to do because it included my own mother. </p> <p><br></p> <p>*Trigger Warning* To those who have experience child abuse. Mentally, physically and emotionally. I want to let you know that it was not okay and that setting boundaries is necessary for your healing. I'm still getting through it too but I know we will come out stronger than ever before! Just one moment at a time!
