你聽過神明還要宴請神明吃飯嗎？而且，男神和女神會有別，也會因為主宴的神格不同和邀請出席的神明類別差異，進而讓呈現的菜品、格局、儀式和擺設，會完全的大不同。甚至有人說，這才是總鋪師們仙拼仙的終極戰場。這就是，「宴王宴」。 傳統華人社會，習慣以豐盛菜餚宴請親友相聚，即便是古時身份尊貴的皇親貴族，也會透過宴請同階級的親貴，彼此交流情感。特別是當年隨著明鄭來到台灣的御廚們，他們更在江山易幟後，將一身廚藝借托神明，將藏在心中的思念盡情肆放。流傳至今，那些主祀大帝、王爺甚至天后的廟宇，就有在生辰誕日或特殊節日，宴請鄰近廟宇神明或犒勞兵馬享用山珍海味的風俗，這就是所謂「宴王宴」的由來。 「宴王宴」會看主題或場合不同，分成天子、三公、龍鳳、王侯將相、四季同春和點心宴等，由總鋪師展現十多樣到108道山珍海味佳餚。它更講究「看桌」，從插花、蔬果冰雕，甚至工藝「錫雕」無ㄧ不備，加上戲彩金帛、鞭炮蠟燭、南北管排場、戲曲扮仙等排場，幾乎就是皇家宴會的再現。唯一不同的是，神明宴上的菜品，你我凡人是完全沒有口福親嚐。 講究古禮的「宴王宴」要如何呈現？以及拿捏其中的精妙奧義？又要如何烹調出讓神明都微笑的料理？這次我們特別訪問到專為神明策劃辦桌宴席的台南「承漢閣」祀宴歐聖文老師，帶領大家好好心領神會的品味台灣這項特有的盛宴。 謝謝收聽今天節目！更多的內容，歡迎搜尋「南方聲活」IG。也歡迎留言告訴我們，更多的辦桌人和他們的故事。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
