Failures in the State of Hawaii Family Court system
In standard State of Hawaii fashion, this child custody evaluator recently moved to work in a different department. That transition happened shortly after this interview and her filing of my custody evaluator report which I objected to in order to prevent the document from being admitted into the evidence of my family court case due to multiple errors and inconsistencies. I will have the opportunity to cross examine this child custody evaluator and all those who participated in the interviews that produced her report at the commencement of my family court trial in January. In the first hearing my ex had a paid conventional attorney and I represented myself pro se which I feel was the primary reason I was discriminated against where the Judge favored my ex and denied my right to a Hawaiian language interpreter granting full legal and physical custody of my son to my ex without holding an evidentiary hearing.

I Corps Maui: Meet the team
This episode acquaints the Subjects of Hawaii with leadership at I CORPS MAUI. Understandably, we as alaka‘i of Maui island did conduct our own investigation and audit of this Hawaii Military Government approach to ending occupation and did thoroughly weigh this science with past initiatives and prior first hand experience related to sovereignty groups and efforts to restore Hawaii’s independence. We did conduct due process in seeking references of both the characters and legitimacy of recent steps asserted by O.F.H.ARMY, who in their due diligence as legally recognized Military Commanders in the field, did also conduct extensive screenings and background checks upon both Lt Grijalva and myself Captain Hū‘eu over the last few years before we were invited to take our Oath to serve the Country of Hawaii as trustworthy, Lawful Military Combatants. We take these steps in preliminary means to securing our freedom from all unnecessary and unwarranted interference with our individual liberties and property rights by the unlawfully occupying State of Hawaii who has been blatantly violated the our rights under the US Constitution of America therefore we are actively working to secure a Peace Treaty with the United States to end the active conflict posed upon Hawaiians by the unlawfully occupying and descendent of the 1893 armed insurgency, otherwise known as the State of Hawaii regime. We take these steps so that our community building can no longer be criminalized and instead, interpreted as part of our duties as Occupied Forces Hawaii Army working with the US Military to restore law and order. Hawaii’s Military Government is exercised by virtue of and in accordance with rules of International Law which requires, and military necessity dictates, the just and reasonable treatment of the inhabitants of occupied territory. Proper treatment of inhabitants will prevent chaos, promote order, and aid in the procurement of labor, services and supplies. Learn more by emailing aloha@icorpsmaui.com

I Corps Maui: Civil Affairs Broadcast (1)
On this episode I explain the necessary transition from our previous Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands Civil Government approaches to the corrected science of ending illegal occupation of Hawai‘i. This is a civil affairs broadcast to provide an overview of Occupied Forces Hawai’i Army (OFHA) which is Hawaii’s Military Government and Civil Affairs remedy which is most appropriate for the status and conditions of present-day military occupied Hawai‘i. OFHA assists with repatriation and is working to attain a Peace Treaty with the United States of America. My co-host for this episode is @zach.peahi who serves as First Lieutenant to I Corps Maui, on special assignment and duties to protect Hawai‘i, serving in solidarity as a descendant of other First Nations overseas. We proceed to share our experience of traveling through Hawaii’s airports in uniform, and the military exemptions provided to us as active duty Military Officers for OFHA. Details of why we are motivated to serve the a country of Hawai‘i are provided here in this introduction of I Corps Maui. Email icorpsmaui@gmail.com with questions.

A status update of the custody matter related to my son occurring in the Family Court Wailuku Division; Haole vs Hueu. Details provided in this episode depict how a request for protection against domestic violence transpired into a complex custody case. Disclaimer: A synopsis of various violent threats that have occurred against me and my son are outlined in this podcast episode, minors should consult with adults before listening. In this episode I also touch on the condition of Baby Mama Drama Trauma (BMDT) and the petty discourse I’ve had to endure outside of the very serious matters occurring in the Family Court arena. Who is Alexander & Baldwin Inc?
A real life conversation with Maui “land manager” Jason Koga of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. This is an audio recording of a conversation between a kuleana tenant and Jason Koga claimed Maui office “land manager” of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. This conversation occurred at the Pe‘ahi access gate on the residential ‘Ō‘ili Rd. in Ha‘ikū on December 7th, 2020 at 11:23am. The kuleana steward holding the conversation is a thirty-year, second generation tenant of the area who holds extensive ‘āina kuleana and subsistence functions in the vicinity, his work catering to the well-being of the small neighborhood community. On 12-7-20 this kuleana tenant was watering the kalo (taro) at the Pe‘ahi gate when he was approached by Koga who was accompanied by a single Securitas personnel. Jason Koga of A&B Inc. is responsible for misappropriating and illegally subleasing Hawaiian Kingdom lands in the East Kaupakulua Ahupua‘a (Pe‘ahi) to Rodney Kilborn of Handsome Bugga Productions LLC. Kilborn utilizes the access he subleases to facilitate commercial activity on behalf of, and in collaboration with the World Surf League, Red Bull and other corporate sponsors. The particulars for Rodney Kilborn to coordinating this uninterrupted access to the most optimal big wave spectating point of coastline on the North Shore requires a strategic approach in order to covertly remove any last remaining lineal descendant Hawaiians living in the area. They work tirelessly in their attempts to normalize their distorted perception that Hawaiians don’t have perpetual subsistence gathering rights. For the last seven years, Rodney Kilborn and his partner Scott Shaw have taken steps to restrict the Native and Kuleana Stewards from the 300 acre parcel and shoreline at Pe‘ahi. They attempt to prohibit access all year by putting a lock on the gate, blocking the walking path access points with boulders and harassing Tenants into believing they no longer have the generational rights to gather resources in the area they were born and raised in. Kilborn and Shaw have resorted to filing erroneous restraining orders on Native Tenants of the East Kaupakulua Ahupua‘a as an attempt to silence community concern and complaints associated with the World Surf League and Red Bull’s excessive commercial parading of a sacred religious site and global competitive events in this quiet residential neighborhood / agricultural zone. The lack of reverence by the surf industry for the first and foremost well-being of the Hawaiian people and host culture is unacceptable. Visit AhaAlii.com/Heenalu to learn more.

Modern Day Monarchy
On this episode I feature guest speaker Aukanaii Kalalau who does active outreach with nā Kānaka, many of whom have been disenfranchised by the occupying government. These Kānaka are Hawaiian Nationals otherwise considered Subjects of the occupied Hawaiian Kingdom; victims of humanitarian violations and war crimes committed by the State of Hawai‘i. More than 33% of Hawaiian people in Hawai‘i today face issues of houselessness as a result of being removed from their ancestral lands. Aukanaii shares a “hui concept” that was curated by his outreach experiences as a means to express hope and direction for an outspoken demographic; displaced descendants of our Ali‘i and last reigning monarchs of Ko Hawai‘i Pae ‘Āina, a Sovereign and Independent Nation that still exists. Disclaimer: Profanity gang and private organization references expressed on a few occasions throughout this recording but do not reflect this podcast or those organization’s position on any of the politics associated with referenced subject matter. This episode concludes by recalling foundational features of our culture and attempts to provide an interpretable framework for restoring ones true identity. I intend to utilize this podcast to share all the modern day brilliance of our people and continue talking about creative approaches to ending the State of Hawaii’s unlawful occupation of the Hawaiian Islands.

This episode talks about the nature and distinct behavioral patterns of third-party corporate aggressors in Hawaii who work tirelessly to harass, extort and displace Hawaiian Kingdom Heirs, lineal descendants and stewardship tenants. Hear about the latest attempt by a Mahi Pono employee to put a restraining order on a Peaceful Non-Combatant Chief and Heir of lands in East Maui which is the heart of the company’s illegal corporate water thieving system.
