I talk about my experiences with mental health throughout my life and how I dealed with these issues. My message for anyone listening - The best way to overcome these things is to talk. Talk to your good friends that you trust, your family whether that be your sister, brother, cousins or parents. Its much better to get it out of your system rather than let it bottle up and turn into something else. You can even write it down in a journal. Just remember, you are not alone and everyone is here for you. My advice: Follow your heart and do what feels right. There will be a lot of negativity and doubt thrown at you from all angles but if you believe in yourself, believe in what you are doing, believe in your mission...nothing will stop you.
