What happened to Rasheem Carter? He was a 25-year-old missing Black man from Mississippi whose remains were found on private land (30 days after missing) after asking the police for help because he felt his life was in Danger. Sheriff Joel Houston said "Rasheem Carter did not indicate he was in any danger when he came to the police department. To them, he never seemed to be in any distress or anything and he never mentioned anything about being in immediate danger."
