The power of Yet
It is the first week of school and I spent time reflecting on the most profound sentence of last school year; you can't do it yet. In an interview, Rick Ruben mentioned this sentence and as a person who parents my son with this phrase and parent myself with it as well, this podcast explores how profound and impactful those 5 words are.

Energy flows where attention goes
Before I get into the description, there are a few audio hiccups. Remember I am new to this space. I anticipate hiccups, but it is still worthwhile content.
This episode I talk about when I was not in a great place, and how focusing on that only exacerbated my circumstances. What helped me move past that?
Energy flows where attention goes and think, feel, do are the idioms for today's podcast. They helped me move past life difficulties and into a better mental space. I hope they will for you too.
