Tash has a degree in psychology and qualifications in hypnotherapy and counselling. She is also founder of Think Different, is a course for domestic abuse prevention and recovery and is also in the process of developing an app to support vulnerable people in need and victims of abuse called ListenApp.<br /><br />We follow the thread of Tash’s journey of helping others through hypnotherapy, counselling, meditation and being able to connect with those that have experienced domestic and sexual abuse because of her own past. Jack Collison shares how he has he navigated his identity change from a premier league footballer to a coach after his knee injury re-directed him to a new chapter. He opens up about his dark days and the mental toughness needed to redefine himself and offers an insight into the benefits of his therapy experience which helped him with the grieving process of losing his Dad. The biggest lesson he shares is being able to talk openly with someone who was non-judgemental, although he also finds writing things down and journalling very powerful. His experiences and the realisation that footballers are humans first and not unbreakable has given Jack a unique understanding into how to be the best coach, father, husband and person he can be.
