You can have people around you, stay busy, and still feel like something is missing.
But what if that feeling isn’t just loneliness? What if you’ve become disconnected from God?
In this episode, we talk about spiritual emptiness, the distractions we use to avoid it, and Jesus’ reminder in John 15 that we were never meant to live disconnected from our source.
Maybe you don’t need more noise, more people, or another distraction.
Maybe you just need to reconnect.

Why You're Never Enough (And How To Fix It)
Are you tired of people pleasing? Learn how to stop seeking external validation and find your worth in who you truly are.It is exhausting to constantly adjust yourself to fit the expectations of everyone else. We often carry a heavy burden when we feel like we are never enough, constantly scanning the room for approval. This cycle of people pleasing traps us in a loop of performance that never actually satisfies the deep longing for peace.Moving away from this requires a shift in where we anchor our identity. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are God's workmanship, created for good works, not for the approval of others. When you understand this truth, you can stop fighting for validation and start walking in the confidence of who you were created to be. This perspective is essential for anyone navigating a struggle with insecurity or trying to break free from the pressure of living for others.Subscribe for faith based encouragement, and let me know in the comments: what is one way you are practicing finding your worth today?

Everything You Rely On Is Fragile (And Why That's Good)
Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve been depending on something… until it changes.
A job can feel secure until layoffs start. Money can feel like enough until an unexpected expense shows up. A relationship can feel permanent until something changes. And your plans can make perfect sense until life takes you somewhere you never expected.
The problem isn’t that we value these things. The problem comes when we ask something temporary to give us permanent security.
In this episode, we talk about what it really means to trust God when life feels uncertain. Through Proverbs 3:5–6, Psalm 118:8, and Hebrews 13:5, we’ll look at the difference between appreciating what God has given us and depending on those things for the peace only He can provide.
Because jobs change. People change. Plans change. Circumstances change.
God doesn’t.
So maybe the question isn’t, “Can I trust God?”
Maybe the better question is:
What have I been trusting instead of Him?
