Five Shades of Scheitern
Hausprojektgruppen und -initiativen haben es in Berlin nicht leicht. Zum Jahreswechsel widmen wir uns in dieser Folge verschiedenen Facetten des Scheiterns vom, im, am und mit dem Hausprojekt. Bettina (Regionalberatung), Frank und Teresa (NBMHSI) reden mit Julian (AmMa65), Sabine (PS Wedding), Denny (Linsen) und Uta und Detlef (JWD) darüber, was alles schief läuft in der Stadt, bei Konzeptverfahren und Vorkaufsprozessen*, beim Einwerben von Direktkrediten und, und, und. Kohle, Zaster, Moneten – In dieser Folge geht es um Direktkredite. Wo kriegt man die her, wie verwaltet man die, und was macht man damit?
