参加完游戏培训项目的老师们,现在怎么样了?
<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>首次NDBI游戏督导培训项目历时两个半月,在昨天宣告结束啦。在第一期项目中,招募的9名老师都是深度参与了学习和实操,历经评估,制定游戏干预目标,撰写游戏干预计划,分享游戏干预视频和讨论,最后提交反思报告。任何一个学习项目,想要收获最大化,必须是自己花费时间和精力去实操反思,而不仅是指望从培训者那里收获只言片语。</span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span><span><br></span></span><span>昨天最后一节课上,老师们做了对整个项目的学习收获和感悟分享。我认为这些分享特别棒,因此把音频分享出来,希望和大家一起感受他们干预心态和视角的转变,以及在通过游戏的方式跟孩子互动时候,孩子的喜人表现!</span></p><span><br></span><br>
